The Ministry of Health and Social Services has received a generous donation of medical supplies and other equipment valued at about N$4 million.

The donation was made by Ohorongo Cement  with the support of the German-based charity organisation Support ULM e.V.

Receiving the donation was Deputy Minister of Health, Esther Muinjangue, who expressed gratitude for the items.

Muinjangue highlighted the significance of such donations, stating that they enable health facilities to reallocate their limited resources to other critical areas such as hiring additional healthcare workers, enhancing infrastructure, and investing in training and capacity building. Ultimately, this enhances the quality of healthcare service delivery across the nation.
