1.The court application for the repatriation of the twin baby girls stuck in South Africa has been moved to 19 April as per the court. Omar van Reenen from the Nam Equal Rights Movement says that governments are the only ones who are not moving forward with the times.
2.Independent Patriots for Change members from the Khomasdal constituency have written a letter airing their grievances at how things are done. Imms Nashinge, spokesperson for the party, there are actually no complaints, Imms says.
3.Namibia Taxi and Transport Union president, Werner Januarie, says the 10% increase for the taxi fare will go ahead this coming 1 April. “The price itself has been in effect since 15 MArch. From the new month this will be for the taxi drivers to enforce the increase.”
