This episode reflected on the Public Hearing by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Economy, Industry, Planning and Public Administration is being held today to look at laws regulating lending institutions & if they actually are shielding the consumers from exploitation.
Engage Inna Hengari who tabled this motion in parliament as well as consumer Analyst Salomo Iipinge, outcome of the conversation revealed that current laws are outdated and need to be reformed as many consumers are currently exploited.
