1.The Easter weekend is in full swing. With many people heading all over the country under current Covid-19 regulations, we speak to some experts about their appeals to the travelling public and their families. Police at the coast are expecting a major influx of people, and Erongo community affairs spokesperson, Inspector Ileni Shapumba shares some pointers.

2.The ministry of Health and Social services have said something on the recent social media videos making the rounds showing medical staff assaulting a patient. The hospital in question has been identified as the Oshakati Intermediate Hospital, with the incident being confirmed by the ministry. Executive director of the ministry, Ben Nangombe indicated in a statement what steps they have taken in this regard.

3.Narcotics or illegal substance use have been prevalent in Namibian society, and recently the arrest of a suspected dealer at the coast brings focus once again of the prevalence that these substances enjoy in the broader Namibian sope. Spokesperson Inspector Ileni Shapumba from the Erongo police shares that it is vital that the community also plays a part in rooting out narcotics in society.
