Vivian Sanmartin, the Brazilian ambassador to Namibia, expressed optimism about potential collaboration between Namibia and Brazil in the green hydrogen sector.

This aligns with Namibia’s ongoing development of a green hydrogen project within the Tsau/Khaeb National Park, led by the government and Hyphen Energy.

Scheduled to commence operations in late 2027, the project aims to significantly boost renewable energy capacity to fuel electrolysers, producing around 300,000 tonnes of green hydrogen annually.
