The Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) has announced an extension of its Annual Duty Penalty Waiver Programme for an additional three months, now ending on 30 June 2024.
The initiative launched late last year offers a 100% waiver on penalties and additional fees payable by businesses between 2012 and 2022.
The waiver is conditional upon payment of the annual duty capital amount for each specific year of non-payment.
