The construction of the Dr. Abraham Iyambo Primary School, which was abandoned in 2017, is on the brink of revival after seven years of stagnation.

The school project,  located in Windhoek’s Moses Garoeb constituency, was halted in 2017 due to concerns about the site’s location on a hill, which posed significant challenges and incurred high costs for levelling the land.

However, a recent meeting with the Ministry of Education has shed light on plans to resurrect the project, with a budgetary allocation made last year to facilitate its continuation, according to Stefanus Ndengu, the councillor of Moses Garoeb constituency.
