Sometimes there are couples who think they are immune to their spouse’s problems. In actual facts, they aren’t. As a matter of fact, they are supposed to step in and fully settle any financial obligations left behind by their late spouses.

This however is unfair in an event where he/she acquired a loan without the other one’s consent.
