We sat down with Sakeus Shilongo, founder of Shilongo Leather Works, for him to unpack his journey into his leather business.

We discussed issues such the factors which lead to business closures. Factors such as theft-that sometimes employees steal from very same businesses they are supposed to benefit from and those businesses go bankrupt, they also lose jobs.

The other factor is lack of proper customer service which lack among black business persons.
