The African Union On Transport Infrastructure
The AU’s plans to connect Africa’s road networks dates back to the 1970s. The plans were revised in Luanda last year, plans to expand and modernize transport infrastructure and services as per the Luanda declaration on financing Africa’s infrastructure development. One of the main focus being the acceleration completion of the Trans-African Highways (TAH).
