A. Magistrate Duard Kesslau said that former fisheries minister Bernard Esau and businessman Tamson Hatuikulipi, refusing to testify publicly, has left more questions than answers.

B. Employment Equity Commissioner, Mr Otniel Podewiltz said the claims of two tier salary systems at the Namibia Civil Aviation Authority and other human resources matters have reached their office and that they will investigate the matter when necessitated. EagleFM now speaks to Podewitz
