Namibia has trading existing agreements for example with the European union they have existing  trade agreements. During the interview Branch added that the government would extend trade arrangements and make the trade agreements meaningful  and bring fulfilment within those trade agreements.

It makes sense that the president would lead the delegations to china, and china is a big market for many things.
