The Chairperson of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Natural Resources, Tjekero Tweya, has recommended that Namibia, being a significant uranium producer, capitalise on the resource beyond mere exportation.
The parliamentarian emphasised the importance of understanding uranium’s potential contribution to Namibia’s energy development during his attendance at the Atom Expo in Sochi.
