Law students at the University of Namibia’s (Unam) Justice Training Centre have accused their lecturers of intentionally failing them.

The students voiced their grievances against lecturers, holding them accountable for a staggering 95% failure rate in the JTC examination.

The students’ dissatisfaction stems from the final exam for the Civil Procedure High Court And Lower Court subject, initially scheduled for November 6, 2023, but later postponed to December 1 due to the unavailability of their Continuous Assessment (CAs).

According to the students, the CAs were only released on November 30, a day before the exam, resulting in unexpected and disappointing results.
