As Namibia hosts the Technical, and Vocational Education Continental Policy Alligning workshop, we zoom into the discussions regarding this policy alligning regarding the reviews of the policy, progress and the future forecasts. It is recommended that this workshop is supposed to address the challenges which are facing the current policy which have been running from 2021 ending in 2026. The challnges includes skills mismaches and TVED institutions are said to produce skills which are seemingly irrelevant towards the labour market amongst others.
