Is the government of Namibia in sync with its national plans? one side the government is calling for decarbonization, wich means no fosil fuels, the other side the government is in full swing granting oil exploration licences to different international companies and even boldly icluding oil and gas in its national development plan just launched last year. Does the Namibian government really know what it wants?
