What governs the High Seas?

In this morning’s session we look into the instrument that governs the use of one of the few unowned territories on Earth – the high seas.

This has not happened without frustrations and issues as a nation like the USA adheres to the 1930 suggestion from the US president Woodrow Wilson and their own description of using other means to identify national waters.
