emphasizing value addition, job creation, and regional development across key production zones while highlighting both significant investments achieved and challenges that remain to be addressed.

The European Union has extended its strategic partnership with Namibia to 2030, signaling a deepened collaboration focused on renewable energy, critical raw materials, and industrial development to strengthen economic ties and create
sustainable growth opportunities for both regions.
