Whatever behaviour we tolerate, we teach those who are watching us.
When negative trends emerge and no one speaks up, they quickly become the norm. This erodes trust and discourages team members from raising concerns.

Over time, organisations risk losing valuable and credible individuals: some of whom are not easily replaced. Recruiting, training, and integrating new members takes time, and during that period, mistakes can occur, some of them costly.

Addressing issues early is essential. When problems are ignored, they take root, and removing them later can create even bigger challenges.
