Understanding Victoria Joel, the Inclusive Education Entrepreneur

Special needs children in Namibia are mostly kept at home; in many cases have no access to special schools that develop their skills and talents. The private sector has participated minimally in the provision of education with special needs in Namibia.

On this edition of Unpacking the Day, entrepreneur John Ndadala Walenga engaged Victoria Joel, an entrepreneur and investor in providing education to children with special abilities in Northern Namibia.
