In today’s program we concluded Chapter 3 of the Namibian Constitution dealing with Fundamental rights and freedoms. We discussed most particularly Article 25 dealing with Enforcement of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms especially sub article 2 which deals with rights to seek redress when the such rights are threatened or infringed upon.
