Overcoming the Educational Dilemma

In Namibia if you fail English, you cannot proceed to the next grade and won’t be admitted into tertiary institutions either.

However, should anyone fail agriculture, that is not the case.

We now have people who can speak well polished English but cannot feed themselves and thus rely on imported food.
