What can we do to have tools for scanning the ground for minerals such as gold and to refine and process it locally to ensure that it provide employment for the locals.

Our gold can provide employment as long as we process it to finished goods. This will hell create employment and turn around the economy. The economy is shrienked after the pandemic and we need to come up with a turn strategy.
