In recent years, Namibia has witnessed a growing number of graduates in fields such as nursing and teaching. On the surface, this may seem like a positive development—after all, nurses and teachers are vital to national development. However, a deeper look into the labour market reveals a troubling trend: oversupply in these sectors, lack of coordination among institutions, and unemployment among qualified professionals.
