Topic: Is there a priority mismatch?

African leaders, especially those in the SADC region, seem to be slowly coming to the realization that the inequality of resources distribution is putting their citizens, especially the youth, in a dark economic corner.

Could there be a miscommunication or a priority mismatch and how can it be best addressed before it gets out of hand?
