1. Namibia, like other countries in the world, celebrated Press Freedom Day.Bernadette Simon got into the conversation with Tarah Shaanika, a former journalist and spoke on the importance of press freedom and what it means to Namibia as a state, journalists and citizens.
2. David got into the conversation with Charlet Goagoses a communication practitioner, and spoke about the meaning of press freedom and how it can help with national development.
3. The United Nations (UN) office in Namibia has called for an urgent, compassionate, and collective national response to protect every child in the country.
The call follows the brutal killings of two children and a young girl in Okahandja, which the UN has strongly condemned.
