Opuwo circuit education inspector Naftali Uusiku has made it clear that there will be a strict policy in place for the 2025 academic year, prohibiting the movement, registration, and enrolment of already placed learners between schools. This decision aims to facilitate the proper placement of new intakes and streamline the registration process.
