1. In January 2023, TaTe Diamonds was selected to be part of the Namibia Diamond Trading Company’s (NDT) enterprise development programme, leading to notable milestones such as the formation of TaTe Jewels, the polished jewellery distribution arm in Atlanta, US.
It has expanded its footprint to the international stage with the opening of its new flagship showroom in Atlanta, United States.

2. Certain parts of Namibia and South Africa can reach extremely low temperatures in winter, which can kill many plants and vegetable crops.
Frost does not necessarily occur in freezing temperatures; it can occur between zero and two degrees
Celsius.

3. Executive Director of the Ministry of Industries, Mines and Energy, Ben Nangombe, signed a service level agreement with the Regional Electricity Distributors in Namibia for the 2025/2026 electrification initiative programme yesterday.
