The appeal judgement of a close corporation of businessman Erastus ‘Chicco’ Shapumba at the Supreme Court.
Shapumba is challenging a bid to force through a deal in which it was set to pay N$2,5 million for a plot of land at Oshakati that has been valued at between N$16 million and N$45 million.
