1. Councilor and chairperson of the City of Windhoek management committee, Ndeshihafela Larandja says that the committee is not convinced that the
acting chief executive officer of the city should have served in the shortlisting committee representing as the strategic
executive of the department of human capital and corporate service while an acting strategic executive is appointed to serve in the same portfolio.

2. The Namibia University of Science and Technology Hotel School has cried that it has been left out from the 4th Africa Youth in Tourism Summit and Challenge 2022.

3. The deputy finance minister Maureen Hinda says that South Africa’s Reserve Bank increasing its repo rate doesn’t mean that Namibia will do the same.

4. Secretary of the Swapo party youth league Ephraim Nekongo told the Kavango East youth that once given a position to lead in the party structure, the lives of other Swapo youth are in their hands, and they should not sleep on duty or fight each other but rather confront their leaders on what they want to do on the challenges that youth are facing.

5. Kongola constituency residents say their livelihood is under threat from flood waters that have flooded their fields as the Kwando river water levels rise.
