3.The Wasserfall accused appeared for the second time in the Windhoek high court. Siblings Azaan Madisia and Junior Mulundu are accused of murdering Shannon Wasserfall in 2020.
4.Standard Bank increased its prime lending rate from 8.50 per cent to 9.25 per cent and home loan base rate from 9.50 per cent to 10.25 per cent. This comes after the Bank of Namibia the repo rate by 75 basis points to 5.50 percent.
5.MTC in collaboration with City of Windhoek, Environmental Investment Fund (EIF) and Namibia National Reinsurance Corporation (NamibRe) launched a Windhoek Clean-Up Campaign. This campaign is aimed to restoring the city to its former glory and reclaim its title as the cleanest city in Africa
6.The minister of works and transport John Mutorwa this morning launched the Namibia Aviation and connectivity forum, this is a platform to showcase projects and investment initiatives that have potential to stimulate growth in the Namibian Aviation and related sectors.
