Q-KON Group Chief Executive Officer, Dawie de Wet, said the technology is designed to bridge Namibia’s digital divide by overcoming the geographic and infrastructure challenges that have historically restricted access to reliable internet services. He noted that satellite connectivity can reach locations where laying fibre-optic cables or building mobile towers is either too costly or impractical.
