2. The ministry of Healh and Social Services, launched the Namibia Essential Clinical Supplies List, (NECSList). Developed through a broad consultative process that began in 2023, the list involved regional representatives from all 14 regions, supply chain and procurement specialists, clinicians, nurses, biomedical engineers and policymakers.
