Public wage bill continues to be a burden on government expenditure, should government consider retrenchment of civil servants aged 55 and above? By reducing tax on pension payouts, this will encourage civil servants to consider early retirement or initiate a mandatory retrenchment to accommodate unemployed youth and consume unemployed youth.
