A. The Windhoek Magistrate’s Court denied Fishrot accused Ricardo Gustavo bail.

B. Prime Minister Saara  Kuugongelwa-Amadhila said the reduction in the personnel expenditure is as a result of measures put in place to contain the wage bill related expenditure.

C. President Hage Geingob said the Namibian government made available a N$727 million emergency budget for the Health Sector, with special emphasis on planning, monitoring, communication, community engagement, surveillance, case investigation, infection control and prevention, case management, operational support, as well as logistics.
