Africa not having permanent seats at the United Nations Security Council.. Namibia and Amani Africa took time to initiate a high level process on the reform of the multilateral system in the changing global order.

It’s against thus background that the international relations cooperation today innaugerated the meeting of High-Level Panel Experts on Africa and the Reform of The Multilateral system.

The deputy minister deliver the keynote adress.. Noting the that besides the reform of the international peace and security architecture, it is also vital to look at the development system as a whole, particularly the reform of international financial and economic orders.
