The Southern African Customs Union (SACU) is the world’s oldest customs union, and Namibia is one of its five member states. Through SACU, member countries promote regional trade, economic cooperation, and the free movement of goods within the customs area.As President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah travels to South Africa to attend the SACU Summit, states, we will discus the role of SACU in Namibian economy.
