The High Court hearings over the Veterinary Cordon Fence (commonly known as the Red Line) intensified as representatives for activist Professor Job Shipululo Amupanda withdrew a motion seeking the recusal of Judge Shafimana Ueitele.

Ueitele directed Advocates Mbushandje Ntinda and Kadhila Amoomo, representing Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Movement leader Job Amupanda, to resolve their internal procedural issues.

The withdrawal comes after Amupanda, through his legal team, initially filed a motion to have Ueitele recused from presiding over the case.
