Lawyers for the Law Society of Namibia, Uno Katjipuka-Sibolile said that they had no choice but to approach the judge in chambers without the other party, because Namandje was not being cooperative.
Namandje’s lawyer Raymond Heathcote cautioned Katjipuka-Sibolile about submitting what the FIC report which said Namandje and his firm are engaged in money laundering.
