FEAR,ANXIETY,ANGER AND DOUBT
Fear is an emotional response to danger, threat, or the possibility that something bad might happen.
It is your mind and body’s way of trying to protect you.
Fear can happen when you face a real danger, but it can also happen when you imagine something dangerous, uncertain, or painful.
What happens when you feel fear?
- In your mind: You may think something bad is going to happen.
- In your body: Your heart may beat faster, your muscles may tighten, and you may start sweating.
- In your actions: You may run away, fight back, freeze, or avoid the situation.
Why do we experience fear?
Fear can arise from different things:
- Fear of failure.
- Fear of rejection.
- Fear of death.
- Fear of the unknown.
- Fear of losing someone you love.
- Fear of speaking in front of people.
- Fear of trying something new.
