Issues Hampering Education Delivery

There are so many issues hampering the quality of education delivery. As a result many learners either don’t make to tertiary institutions or end up dropping out.

Then it happens that poverty become rampard in a country with an abundance of natural resources. Where we were supposed to engage in production and it is not happening due to lack of expertise.
