City of Windhoek launched the City’s own Smart City Strategy in collaboration with the UN-Habitat. The city calls their own strategy ‘People-Centered’ in order to meet growing needs and future developments. CEO Moses Matyayi speaking at the launch noted that extensive inputs provided by the broader stakeholders in the city gave rise to the complete document that was launched today. The ceremony took place at the City of Windhoek head office. Dwight Links explained extensively.
