The Global Cooperation Barometer identifies goals that participants
are working towards in each of the themes like trade and capital, innovation and technology, climate
and natural capital etc to determine global cooperation at a given period of time.

The themes are inline with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs).
