Why Are Some Parents Not Participating in Their Children’s Education?
Throughout my life, I’ve struggled with one question:
Why are some parents not involved in their children’s education?

This question is deeply personal to me. I am one of those children who grew up without active parental involvement in my education. My parents never asked me what grade I was in, how I performed in school, or whether I had the necessary supplies like a proper uniform. There was no concern about whether I passed or failed. The only form of care I remember clearly was from my mother—she made sure we had food to eat before going to school. For that, I will always be grateful.
But beyond that, I was on my own.
