Let’s take a look at our own country’s policies. Over the years, we’ve drafted numerous guidelines many of which are well-written and full of promise. However, there’s often a wide gap between policy and implementation. Without proper execution, even the best plans remain just words on paper. Good policies but who follows them. Let alone who implements them.
