This Sunday on the CrossOver we had a discussion on the issue of suicide in Namibia, a country that has been reported as having a high suicide rate in Africa.

In light of World Suicide Prevention Day on September 10th, we shifted the conversation from a focus on statistics to one of hope and action.

The discussion highlighted how simple acts of kindness and open conversations can be powerful tools in prevention. We provided listeners with practical information on where to find help, what to do if a friend is struggling, and how we can all work together to create a supportive community.
