As Justice and Labour Relations ministry head, Fillemon Wise Immanuel, met with Cheetah Cement (CC) management, Union representatives, and Otjiwarongo labour officials to address key workplace concerns.
On the cards were salary grading, salary adjustments, localisation of non essential foreign held roles, and improving skills transfer indicating need for CC to have all non-specialised positions to be localised by the end of July.
