Pep Stores (Namibia) Proprietary Limited has received approval from the Namibian Competition Commission to acquire the business operations of Audacity Clothing, trading as Big Daddy Clothing, in Namibia.

The Commission announced the decision along with several other approved mergers.

While the transaction was approved with conditions, it paves the way for Pep to incorporate all 24 Big Daddy Clothing stores across Namibia into its expanding retail portfolio.
