Sustainable economic transformation in Namibia is only possible if the country cultivates a supportive environment for entrepreneurs, according to the Namibia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI).
In a statement issued to announce the Chamber’s northern regions branch leadership elections, NCCI Chief Executive Officer Titus Nampala stated, “Namibia’s economic transformation depends on cultivating a healthy entrepreneurship ecosystem.”
He stressed the importance of creating an environment that enables entrepreneurs to innovate, add value, and scale their ventures.
“This ecosystem must be underpinned by supportive policies, laws, bylaws, financial systems, and other enabling mechanisms,” Nampala said.
