THE EARLY MORNING SCOOP WITH LOISE (13 MAY 2025)
1. Zaphia Basson spoke to Board Chairperson of the student union of Namibia (SUN) ,Bernard Kavau who called for fairness in teacher recruitment.
2. We also spoke to Jessy Abraham, spokesperson for the Namibia National Students’ Organization (NANSO), who opposed to the removal of interviews, emphasising the importance of maintaining these evaluations for quality control in the education system.
3. Zaphia Basson, as well spoke to Ismael Mwapotele, a graduate teacher, that expressed the emotional and financial strain of participating in interviews that yield minimal results.
